scalacombi – climb stairs safely and with ease

Mobile stairclimbing device with integrated seat

scalacombi – the mobile stair climbing device with a seat

Every single step is an obstacle if you are no longer able to independently climb stairs due to illness or disability – be it at home, at the doctor’s office, in public buildings or when visiting friends and relatives. The new scalacombi makes difficult routes accessible again: It doesn't matter whether stairs are steep, narrow or windy, whether they are made from wood, stone or carpeted: scalamobil easily and smoothly climbs all stairs. And it is simply and safely operated with little effort.

Here’s how it works: scalamobil in simple terms

What is the difference between a stair climber and a stair lift?

When the stairs at home become a problem, you often face the dilemma of whether to have a permanent stair lift fitted or to buy a mobile stair climber. Here we explain the difference between these two products and help you reach the right decision.

Space-saving – simply take it with you no matter where you go.

scalacombi can be used anywhere. In a flash, your stair climber can be dismantled into compact individual parts and will even fit in a small trunk.
